  1. How can I join Mantri Insignia?
    Membership to Mantri Insignia is open to all Mantri residents who are residing/ not residing in the Mantri Apartment/Villa. In order to get a membership number all you need to do is just purchase a Home from us. If you purchase another Mantri Home or make confirmed referrals this will accrue additional points to your account.

  2. How can I earn points in Mantri Insignia?
    On your first Mantri Apartment/Villa purchase, you are enrolled into the Silver Tier, Gold Tier or Platinum Tier depending on your agreement value and are awarded your initial membership points. You can earn further points for purchasing another Mantri Home or by giving confirmed referrals. You can also upgrade to the Gold level on accumulation of 5,000 points and upgrade to the Platinum level on accumulation of 16,000 points. Please refer to the point system chart for more information on this.

  3. When will I receive my Mantri Insignia membership number and password?
    When you purchase a Mantri Apartment/Villa, your membership number will get automatically generated online. A welcome mail will be sent to your email id along with the membership number which will be your login id and dummy password.

  4. When will the points get credited to the buyer's as well as the referrer's accounts?
    The points will get credited to both the accounts only on receipt of 25% payment of the total agreement value from the buyer. An email will be sent across communicating the number of points that are getting credited in both the buyer's as well as the referrer's account.

  5. When can I login to my account?
    When you purchase a Mantri Home from us an email will be sent to you along with the membership number which will be your login id and dummy password. You need to register online at www.mantri.in and access the member's login page in order to activate your membership number. Mantri Insignia will be featured under "Advantage Mantri" in the website.

  6. When can I redeem my points?
    A minimum of 1 confirmed referral needs to be made by you or you need to buy another Mantri Home from us in order to redeem your points. You can start redeeming your points only after 1st April 2011. However, unless the buyer makes 25% payment of the agreement value, the redemption process will not be enabled for both the buyer as well as the referrer.

  7. Can points be exchanged for cash?
    Under no circumstances can the points be converted to cash or price discounts be availed on purchases, unless promoted as a special offer by Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd.

  8. How do I login in order to check and redeem my points?
    You need to visit www.mantri.in Mantri Insignia will be featured under "Advantage Mantri" in the website. This will take you to the Mantri Insignia login page where you need to input your membership id and password and login for checking points and redemptions.

  9. Can I share my Mantri Insignia account with my family?
    Membership to Mantri Insignia is meant for the Member only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  10. How can I redeem Mantri Insignia points?
    Members wanting to redeem points can select the product featured in the online rewards catalogue. The product list will be displayed alongside the points required for redemption. Once you have selected the brand of your choice, the gift item or the gift voucher will be delivered to your mailing address within 30 working days time. The necessary points will then get deducted from your account. You also have the option of using only part of your points and the remaining points will stay in your account and can be redeemed at a later stage.

  11. If I have opted for a gift voucher then for how long will it be valid?
    In case you have selected a gift voucher, then you need to check the validity that will be mentioned on the gift voucher and ensure that you redeem it before the validity of that gift voucher expires. Once expired both the gift voucher as well as the points pertaining to it will become null and void. In case the validity is not mentioned on the gift voucher, then it will be mentioned in the terms and conditions of that particular product catalogue.

  12. If I have selected a product or gift voucher and it is not available then what happens to my points?
    In case the exact model of the merchandise mentioned in the rewards catalogue is not available at the time of redemption, an alternate model of the product which is similar in price and quality shall be made available to you. If you are still not satisfied with the alternate product, then the points will be re credited back into your account which you can redeem at a later date.

  13. What if I have forgotten my password and username?
    You can retrieve your password online by clicking on the forgot password functionality in the Mantri Insignia pre login page. In order to retrieve you user name, you need to contact the Program Centre on our Toll Free No 1800 4255 123 or alternatively write to us at insignia@mantri.in.

  14. How do I upgrade to the Gold Tier?
    5,000 points are required in order to upgrade to the Gold level.

  15. How do I upgrade to the Platinum Tier?
    16,000 are required in order to upgrade to the Platinum level.

  16. How do I upgrade to the Titanium Tier?
    Entry to the Titanium level is by "Invitation Only."

  17. Why should I fill in "More About You" in my Mantri Insignia membership registration page?
    Filling this option will allow us to customize the rewards in order to suit your tastes.

  18. When will my points expire?
    Your points will expire in a period of 1 year's time.

  19. When I move up a tier, for how long do I retain it? For how long will my membership number be valid?
    The membership at the upgraded tier is valid for a lifetime. Even after points redemption you are not down graded but remain in the same level. However your points are valid only for a period of 1 year in whichever tier you belong. For Eg: If you are a Member in the Gold level and have redeemed all your points, you still remain in the Gold level instead of being downgraded to the Silver level. Your membership number in whichever tier you are in is valid for a lifetime.

  20. What happens to my membership number and points in the case of any eventuality?
    In the case of any eventuality both the membership number and the accumulated points in it gets automatically transferred to your Power of Attorney holder.

  21. Where can I find my Mantri Insignia account balance?
    You can view your account details in www.mantri.in by clicking on Mantri Insignia which will be featured under "Advantage Mantri". This will lead to the Mantri Insignia login page where you enter your membership number and password. Your point balance will be displayed in your personalized home page.

  22. How can I calculate how many points I will earn from my transactions?
    We have made a point system chart for you. Please refer to this for more information.

  23. Can anyone else view my personal information and transactions?
    As long as you keep your password confidential, no one else can view your account details.

  24. Is there an annual fee or renewal fee for Mantri Insignia membership?
    The membership is free for lifetime.

  25. From when can I start earning my points?
    All purchases on the 12th February 2011 and henceforth will be eligible for points.

  26. What if I cancel a booking with Mantri?
    If you cancel a booking with us, then you will lose all your points allotted against that particular purchase. But your membership number will still be retained as it is valid for a lifetime.

  27. What if Mantri terminates my booking?
    If Mantri terminates your booking due to various reasons such as non payment, etc, then you will lose all your points allotted against that particular purchase. But your membership number will still be retained as it is valid for a lifetime.

  28. What if the person I refer cancels his/her booking?
    If the person whom you have referred cancels his/her booking, then you lose all your points which were allotted to you against that booking.

  29. What if the booking of the person I have referred is terminated?
    If the booking of the person you have referred is terminated, then you lose all your points which were allotted to you against that booking.

  30. If I do part redemption what happens to my balance points?
    The balance points still remain in your account and you can redeem them later anytime or after further accumulation of points. But they will be valid only for a period of 1 year after which they will lapse.

  31. If I buy a Mantri Apartment/Villa through an associate am I eligible for membership and points?
    If you purchase a Mantri Apartment/Villa from us through an associate you are still eligible for a membership number and points. We have made a point system chart for you. Please refer to this for more information.

  32. If I buy a Mantri Apartment/Villa by availing some schemes will I still be eligible for membership and points?
    If you purchase a Mantri Apartment/Villa from us through a scheme you are not eligible for points. However, you will get a membership number that will get automatically generated online once you sign the Application of Allotment. You can start earning points if you give a confirmed referral or if you purchase another Mantri Apartment/Villa from us by not availing any schemes.

  33. What if the person I refer avails of a scheme while purchasing, then am I still eligible for points?
    If the buyer you refer purchases a Mantri Apartment/Villa from us by availing a scheme then you are still eligible for your points for that particular booking. We have made a point system chart for you. Please refer to this for more information.

  34. What if the buyer avails of a discount from the management, then how are the points allotted to both the buyer as well as the referrer?
    In case the buyer avails of a discount from the management then the buyer will not get any points but the referrer still gets his/her points. However, the buyer will get a membership number that will get automatically generated online once the Application of Allotment is signed by him. The buyer can start earning points if he/she gives a confirmed referral or if he/she purchases another Mantri Apartment/Villa from us by not availing any discounts.

  35. If I shift units then how will the points get allotted to me?
    In case you shift units, then the points allotted will be in concurrence to the unit you finally shift to.

  36. If I upgrade or shift to a unit which is of a higher agreement value then do I get any bonus points?
    Yes in this case you will get 100 bonus points.

  37. If the buyer I refer shift units then how will the points get allotted to me?
    In case the buyer you refer shift units, then the points allotted to you will be in concurrence to the unit the buyer finally shifts to.

  38. If I give my Apartment/Villa out for rent then do I lose my membership number and points?
    You do not lose your points as well as the membership number in the event you give your unit out for rent.

  39. If the buyer whom I have referred gives his/her Apartment/Villa out for rent then do I lose my membership number and points?
    You do not lose your points as well as the membership number in the event the buyer whom you have referred gives his/her unit out for rent.

  40. If I sell my Apartment/Villa to someone else then do I lose my membership number and points?
    You do not lose your points as well as the membership number in the event you sell your unit to someone else.

  41. If the buyer whom I have referred sells his/her Apartment/Villa to someone else then do I lose my membership number and points?
    You do not lose your points as well as the membership number in the event the buyer whom you have referred sells his/her unit to someone else.

  42. Will I be eligible for membership and points if I am a tenant?
    You will be given a membership number but you will not be allotted any points. Points will be given to you only on purchase of a Mantri Apartment/Villa directly from us or on a confirmed referral.

  43. If I buy a resale apartment from a Mantri Owner will I be eligible for membership and points?
    You will be given a membership number but you will not be allotted any points. Points will be given to you only on purchase of a Mantri Apartment/Villa directly from us or on a confirmed referral.
